Getting started
Start with the Calculator. Enter what you have available, your next payday, expenses due before then, debt minimums, and the safety buffer you want to protect.

Your result subtracts upcoming expenses, debt minimums, and your safety buffer from your current balance. It also shows a daily amount through payday. Review every entry if the result looks unexpected.

Saved plans stay on your device and sync privately when you sign in. You can also export a backup file or import a previous Payday Peace backup, including while offline.

Create savings or payoff goals, record the amount already saved, and optionally set a target date. Your goal progress is included in private cloud sync when you are signed in.

Snowball prioritizes the smallest balance; Avalanche prioritizes the highest interest rate. The extra-payment tool estimates time and interest savings. These projections are educational estimates, not financial advice.

Sign in with the same account on each device. Keep the app online long enough to show “Synced.” If a new device has local information and cloud information, Payday Peace asks whether to import the device data or use the cloud copy.

My information is not appearing on another device
Confirm both devices use the same email account, connect each device to the internet, and wait for the “Synced” status. Keep the source device open until its latest changes sync.
I cannot sign in
Check the email spelling and use “Forgot password?” on the Account page. If you created the account with Google, choose “Continue with Google” using the same Google account.
The app says I am offline
Calculator and saved-plan tools can continue on the device. Changes will sync after the connection returns. Do not remove the app or clear browser storage before the sync completes.
A calculation looks wrong
Confirm the payday date, expense dates, balances, minimum payments, and safety buffer. Only expenses due by the selected payday are included in Safe-to-Spend.
Contact support
Email support@cccontentco.com. Include the device you are using, what you expected, and what happened. Never send your password, full account numbers, or detailed financial information by email.
Request account and data deletion
The fastest way is inside the app: sign in, open Settings and use “Delete Account” under Your account (also on My Plan). Deletion is immediate and permanent.
If you can’t sign in, email support@cccontentco.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Delete my Payday Peace account and data.” We may verify that you own the account before completing the request. Deletion is permanent. Do not include your password or financial details.
Signing out or deleting the mobile app clears or removes access on that device, but does not by itself delete the account’s cloud data.
